We are currently seeking the following team members.

Social Media, Community, and Marketing Manager

Part time position with potential for full time
We've created social media accounts but haven't optimized them yet. Looking for someone who can put in 10 hrs/week.
In your reply, please give a clear (but brief) idea of exactly what you would do and your unique skills and talents.
We are hoping to find someone very soon, and - assuming it's a good fit for both of us - the position may continue long into the future.
Work may be remote (although, if you happen to be in Bowling Green, OH, it could evolve into a full-time in-person position if you are fully vaccinated and boosted).

Starting Pay is: Up to $15/hour to start. 

This would be an independent contractor position to start.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, quality and precision-focused, innovative, outcome-oriented, cooperative, and collaborative.

You will be tasked with overseeing our company’s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms and our website. Duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

Specific duties include:

  • Creating, implementing, and analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy

  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand (including but not limited to FaceBook, Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter)

  • Developing attractive and informative social media marketing campaigns (and providing design and copy to founders for review and approval)

  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts

  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

  • Monitoring all social media content

  • Tracking the performance of the campaigns

  • Tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content

  • Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media

  • Maintain and update company website for SEO and integration with social media

  • Edit Company created video content for placement on social media platforms, website and email campaigns
