Subscription Terms
Please review these Asherah's Box Subscription Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renewed unless you cancel or we terminate your account.
By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (which describes how we collect, use and disclose your data and your consent to such collection, use, and disclosure) and are both incorporated into and are a part of these Subscription Terms.
Annual Subscription.
If you sign up for a 12 month Subscription, you will be immediately billed $720.00 (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and the next available Asherah's Box will be the first box you receive. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $720 up to three weeks in advance of the one year anniversary, and every year thereafter until you cancel. Twelve month Subscriptions automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your subscription and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged as described above.
Quarterly Subscription.
If you sign up for a 3 month Subscription, you will be immediately billed $180.00 (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and the next available Asherah's Box will be the first box you receive. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $180 up to three weeks in advance of the following calendar quarter, and every calendar quarter thereafter until you cancel. Three month Subscriptions automatically renew each calendar quarter, on the same date of your subscription and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged as described above.
Cancellation Policy.
Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames
below. We do not place “holds” on Subscriptions. In order to cancel your
Subscription, follow the instructions given inside your Subscription Confirmation Email. Click "Manage Subscriptions", select the product you wish to cancel, and scroll down to the bottom to click "Cancel Subscription". Or you may email us at marketing@asherahsbox.com. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Subscription renewal, but after receiving the box that was last purchased.
For three month subscriptions, this means that you must cancel before the billing date for the next quarter, but after receiving the last month purchased or successfully renewed. For 12 month subscriptions, you must cancel prior to the billing date for the next twelve month period, but after receiving the final shipment of the paid 12 month subscription.
Domestic Shipping and Taxes.
Asherah's Box offers free shipping. We currently charge sales tax at Wood County, Ohio rates, which is 6.75%. Boxes are shipped via USPS priority mail. Your Box may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation; it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery.
